Memo summarizes the interview of a Camp Delta detainee. The interview was conducted by two Special Agents with the FBI and CID, also, an Arabic linguist was present to translate. The detainee stated his brother attempted suicide three days prior to the interview. Also, stated he heard a detainee was beaten to death by the guards. The detainee stated detainees in isolation were being mistreated by force.
